Ground Anchor

Military Issue Ground Anchors: These were made to screw into the ground to a depth of 16 in. Shaft that goes into ground is heavy-duty galvanized 1/2 in. diameter with a 3 in. diameter auger plate that screws down in to ground to make it almost impossible to pull out. Perfect for small RV's with winches in areas where there is nothing to hook your winch to sand, sod, etc. Also perfect for staking out your new trees, tents, and shade tarps. These were originally made for buried calbe route markers. Shows direction of buried cable. Has nice heavy brass plate on top. 6 in. ida x 3/8 in. thick with two holes 3/4 in. dia on outside that you could hook your winch into. New.
