Returns, Exchanges and Damaged PackagesWe will gladly exchange merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Sales receipts must accompany all returns or exchanges. Tags must be attached to item. All sales final on anything marked closeout. All used surplus items sold as is. Boots that have been worn outside cannot be exchanged. Clothing that has been worn or laundered may not be exchanged.If Defective, we will repair or replace at our discretion. Please send items back laundered if defective.
Shipping and HandlingUPS CANNOT SHIP TO A P.O. BOX ADDRESS. All orders being shipped outside of the US will be notified of the actual shipping fee's and charged accordingly. We normally ship your order out within 2 business days of receiving the order. All duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient, as are return shipping costs in the event of a product return. Shipping Time in Transit UPS
