| Wanting a sturdy, no frills belt, I ordered this product. It arrived promptly, well-packaged and clearly spanking new. Sadly, I didn't realize that these belts are too wide for civilian belt loops. Upon calling the company and explaining the situation, I was able to get a no-hassle refund. I was very pleased with the good customer service and flexibility and would certainly do business with this company again. |
