This shirt is very warm and soft! When I got it I thought it was a reproduction shirt cause of how good it looked this shirt does not look 40 to 50 years old!! It did not have that mothball smell at all also! Great shirt and if you where it out you will have a few people ask where you got it from cause they think its a fleece reproduction! Also if your wool sensitive this is still a great shirt as it does not make you itch as much as other wool.

A little washing advice when you wash it put about a cup of white vinegar in with the shirt! It makes the shirt really soft a fleece like! Don't worry it will not make your cloths stink like vinegar!

This is also great for those Korea War reenactors who want the right shirt to go with their M50 or M51 field jackets and pants (US Army and name patches could be worn above the pockets) - it was the shirt described by the US Army as "Shirt, Field, Wool, 0G108."

My snowboarding buddy already wants one (his dad has an old one from his service in Korea missing some buttons), and other friends have already expressed interest in getting theirs. I will probably get a couple of others for myself just to work in the yard in the winter or to go hunting or shooting.
