Returns, Exchanges and Damaged Packages

We will gladly exchange merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Sales receipts must accompany all returns or exchanges. Tags must be attached to item. All sales final on anything marked closeout. All used surplus items sold as is. Boots that have been worn outside cannot be exchanged. Clothing that has been worn or laundered may not be exchanged.If Defective, we will repair or replace at our discretion. Please send items back laundered if defective.

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you must return an item to us, please send it insured with all the pieces of the item in the original packaging along with the order papers which accompanied your order. Also include an explanation of the problem and how you would like us to settle it. Items with defects in the material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. If the item is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, we will forward it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. By law, sleeping bags and undergarments that have been used cannot be returned for credit. If possible, we will be happy to repair and return the item. DO NOT SEND ANY USED OR SOILED clothing, equipment or footwear. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. If your parcel was damaged in transit, please keep the carton and the contents intact and call us as soon as possible at 208-529-4753 and inform us of the situation.Upon refund of merchandise, we do not credit you for shipping costs, you are responsible for those costs.

Refunds or credit to your account will be handled quickly…usually within 3 weeks of the time you put the merchandise you’re returning in the mail. And, if we have your e-mail address, we’ll alert you as soon as your return is processed. No hassles, quick processing.
